Tamara Schulz, RMT,has been a registered massage therapist since 1997. She is a graduate from the WestCoast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, and opened the Westshore Massage Therapy Clinic in 1999.

Shena Craig, RMT graduated from the Westcoast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2002 and is the co-owner of the Westshore Massage Therapy Clinic. As a DONA trained birth Doula, she has a special interest in pre and post-natal therapy but is passionate about contributing to the well-being of people at every stage of life from infancy to geriatric. In each session Shena endeavours to uncover the source of her clients' complaints customizing her treatments to effectively meet their individual needs using a variety of modalities including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy, and CranioSacral therapy .

Zoë Tucker, RMT graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in April 2009. Since then she has worked in a massage and hydrotherapy clinic in Courtenay, BC and spent time working with a sports therapist team for the BC bike race. She has a special interest in myofascial and scar tissue release, sports and injury rehabilitation as well as pre and post-natal massage therapy.

Jennifer Graham, RMT
Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009, Jennifer has been working closely with her patients to help them achieve and maintain optimal function in the body. Through a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage, Jennifer provides an effective and individualized treatment for her patients. Jennifer treats a wide variety of conditions including headaches, back pain, sport injuries, and discomfort due to pregnancy. Jennifer is a new resident to the Westshore and enjoys a variety of activities that the area has to offer. She is looking forward to treating fellow residents of the surrounding communities.

Chelsea Howard, RMT graduated from the Westcoast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2010. She enjoys treating a variety of clientele;working withathletes, work orientated individuals, expectant mothers, retirees and everyone in between. A special interest is shown for runners, and individuals with cervical spine and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.
Conditions treated in the past include the tension headaches, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome, among others.
She looks forward to working with you, to address your goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
